4.2 Information you give us

We may combine that information with the website activity described above so that we can respond to your request, service your property, and measure which of our advertisements led to it.

4.3 Visitor identification and identity resolution

We may use visitor identification services, sometimes called identity resolution services. These services attempt to match a visit to our website with contact information such as a name, postal address, or email address, using data those providers have obtained from other sources. We use this only to follow up on plumbing service inquiries and to deliver relevant advertising for our own services. Calls to and from NSP Plumbing may be monitored or recorded for quality, training, dispatch, and record keeping purposes. 4.5 What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not share the mobile telephone number you give us for text messaging with third parties or lead generators, as described in the SMS section below. We do not use website tracking to collect payment card details, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

We keep customer and job records for as long as needed for warranty, tax, and legal purposes, and we keep website analytics and advertising data for the retention periods set by the providers listed in this policy.

5.3 Sharing for advertising

We do not sell personal information for money. However, when advertising cookies and pixels are active, information about your visit is made available to advertising partners such as Google and Microsoft so they can show you our advertisements on other websites. Under California law this can be considered sharing for cross context behavioral advertising, and you have the right to opt out of it.
