Upfront, flat-rate pricing
We're a flat-rate company. A $49 consultation covers sending a licensed plumber to diagnose the problem and walk you through your repair or replacement options. Nothing else is billed until you approve the solution and sign off on the work, so you know the price before anything starts.
Problems explained in plain English
Our plumbers show you what they found, lay out your options, and answer questions before you decide. Photos help too. Text them to (616) 207-9960 or email workorders@needsomeplumbing.com, and your plumber shows up already knowing what to expect.
On time, with a heads-up
You get a text when your plumber is dispatched, so you're not stuck waiting by the window. Book online and pick your own arrival window, or call any time for emergency plumbing, day or night.
